PRESENTER INFORMATION

Judge Chapman graduated from Anderson University in Indiana and the University of Missouri Law School.  Upon graduation, Judge Chapman entered private practice in Chicago, specializing in commercial litigation, insurance coverage and business torts.  In July of 2016, Judge Chapman was appointed an associate judge by the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit.  Judge Chapman currently presides in the Law Division, and has previously served in the Arbitration division, Chancery and Traffic/Misdemeanor.
