PRESENTERS:

Judge Osterberger - Small Claims
Judge Osterberger is a graduate of the University of Illinois and the University of Illinois College of Law. Before her appointment as an associate judge in 2010, she worked for the Will County State’s Attorney, the State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor, and the Illinois Attorney General. As a judge, she has presided over misdemeanor and family matters and is currently assigned to small claims/evictions/collections cases.

Judge Petrungaro - Arbitration
Honorable Bobbi Petrungaro is a Circuit Judge in Will County, Illinois. She is a graduate of Lewis University and Valparaiso University School of Law. Judge Petrungaro has been on the bench since 2005 and is currently assigned as the Supervising Judge of Arbitration and also handles civil jury trials.

Honorable Judge Rickmon, Presiding Judge of Twelfth Judicial Circuit, Will County
Judge Roger D. Rickmon received his undergraduate degree in 1977 from Lewis University and his Juris Doctor in 1980 from John Marshall. Prior to becoming Associate Judge in 2011, Judge Rickmon was engaged in practice with the Rickmon Law Firm in Joliet. Former president of the Will County Bar Association, and now the Presiding Judge of Will County, Civil Division.
