Please join the ILCBA Social Committee at our first (and hopefully last!) Zoom Holiday Party on Thursday, December 17th at 5pm! We’re bringing in a professional chef who will walk us through a cook-along to make Pappardelle Bolognese, a pasta dish with meat sauce. Our chef will also provide instructions to make this dish vegetarian/vegan, so EVERYONE is invited! On a carb-free diet? No problem, substitute normal noodles for a carb-less noddle of your choice.
Please RSVP by 12/3/2020 by sending an email to ILCBAsocial@gmail.com and tell us whether you will attend the cook-along or only the after party/raffle. Those registered for the cook-along will receive the ingredient list upon registration, so you have plenty of time to shop for your ingredients and have them laid out at 5pm on 12/17 ready to cook.
Early-Bird Special: The first 10 registrants for the cook-along will be sent a bottle of wine that pairs with the Pappardelle Bolognese to enjoy with your meal on the 17th. Please only register for the cook-along if you plan on attending, as bottles of wine are reserved for those who will be cooking with us.
RAFFLE! PRIZES! We will be raffling off FIVE $50 Amazon gift cards and ONE $100 Amazon gift card! Must be present to win. Zoom link will be provided to registrants and sent out to listserv before the party.
